Hannah Smith is an OrgSolutions Knowledge Consultant at McKinsey & Company, based in the Greater Boston area, and specializes in Organizational Design and Culture & Change.
McKinsey & Company is a global management consulting firm, and advisor to the world’s leading business, governments, and institutions. With work scaling across the private, public and social sectors, McKinsey & Company address unique and complex problems with a suite of functional and industry expertise, as well as unique capabilities.
Within the Organization practice, Hannah helps organizations address and adapt to change and prepare for growth by analyzing company structure and the unique cultural elements that define the employee experiences. Prior to her current position, Hannah worked for Goldman Sachs, based in New York City. Within their Human Capital Management Division, Hannah served internally to address the needs of the Executive & Equity Compensation teams and set the compensation strategy for executive level employees
Hannah graduated from the Krannert School of Management in May of 2018 with a B.S in Economics and Finance. During her time at Purdue, Hannah was a member of the Business Opportunity Program (BOP), Society of Minority Managers, Management Ambassadors, and the Barbara Cook Chapter of Mortar Board National Honor Society.
Currently, Hannah has spent most of her time in California with family and adapting to the new virtual work environment we are all experiencing.
