1. Read Prior to completing form!! - PPE for Events in KRAN, RAWL, or KCTR
PPE and sanitizing supplies can be obtained from Support Services. Items could include extra disposible masks, sanitizing wipes or spray, and hand sanitizer. We also have a small supply of air purifiers, tabletop plexiglass barriers, and touchless forehead thermometers that can be reserved for your event.
All of these items are in limited supply and should be requested at least two-weeks prior to your event.
To order, send an email to copycenter@purdue.edu with your name, event title, date, time, and location, number of attendees, and requested PPE, Tom Brown will make arrangements with you for delivery of your items (and return, if applicable).
