How do I modify my Safelist and Blocklist entries for the Cisco Spam Scanning application?
To get to your Safelist and Blocklist settings, click the "your email quarantine" in your "Spam Quarantine Notification" email you receive as shown below.
Once you have done that, you can click on "Options" in the upper right-hand corner to select which list you'd like to modify.
You have the ability to add a single email address, a complete domain, or a subdomain to your Safe/Block lists within the Cisco spam scanning application. The domain options are used if you are receiving spam from both janedoe@domain.com and johndoe@domain.com, and would just like to block everything from @domain.com.

To add an entry to your Blocklist, you will simply type in the address or domain and click 'Add to List'.
