How to Install a Printer on a Krannert Supported Mac
  1. Open System Preferences

                               

  1. Open Printers and Scanners

   

  1. Click the + Sign to Add a New Printer

   

  1. A List of Printers Should Populate After a Few Seconds. Choose a Printer. “Use” Generic PostScript Printer for the Driver. (Note: You must be on a wired network connection in your Office. This will not work over Wi-Fi)

  1. Choose Options & Supplies

  1. Choose the Options Tab and Check the “Duplex Printing Box” and Choose OK

  1. The Printer is Now Added and Ready for Use
